Welcome to Prestige Exotic Car Rental ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms and Conditions form a binding legal agreement between you, the client ("you", "your", "the Renter"), and us. By booking, paying for, or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to these terms. Our fleet of elite supercars and luxury vehicles is provided to ensure an unparalleled driving experience in Dubai, and this agreement ensures clarity, safety, and mutual respect for all parties involved.
To ensure safety and compliance with UAE regulations, all renters and drivers must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum Age: All drivers must be a minimum of 25 years old. Certain high-performance vehicles may require a higher minimum age, specified at booking.
- Driving License: A valid original driving license is mandatory. We accept:
- UAE & GCC Licenses for respective residents.
- International Driving Permits (IDP) for tourists, accompanied by their original national license.
- Select national licenses (USA, UK, EU, etc.) may be accepted without an IDP. Please confirm with us prior to booking.
- Required Documents:
- For UAE Residents: Valid Emirates ID and UAE Driving License.
- For Tourists: Valid Passport with Entry Stamp, Visa Page, and valid home country/international driving license.
- Verification: We reserve the right to verify all documents and refuse service if requirements are not met. You are responsible for ensuring your documents are valid.
Booking Confirmation: Your reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of the specified payment. An email confirmation will serve as proof of your booking.
Security Deposit: A security deposit is mandatory for all rentals via credit card pre-authorization. This is held to cover potential traffic fines, Salik (tolls), damages, or excess mileage. The deposit is released 14-21 business days after the vehicle's return, pending clearance of all potential charges.
Payment: We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard). The full rental amount is due before the rental period commences. All prices are in AED and include VAT as per UAE law.
Our vehicles demand the highest standard of care. The Renter agrees to the following conditions:
- Permitted Use: The vehicle must only be driven on paved public roads. Off-roading, racing, track use, drifting, or any form of reckless driving is strictly prohibited. Violation will result in the immediate forfeiture of the security deposit and potential legal action.
- Authorized Drivers: Only the Renter and pre-registered additional drivers listed on the agreement are permitted to operate the vehicle.
- Mileage Limit: A standard daily mileage limit (e.g., 250 km/day) applies. Excess mileage fees are specified in your rental agreement.
- Traffic Fines & Tolls: You are fully responsible for all traffic fines and Salik charges, plus a nominal administration fee per violation.
- Prohibited Conduct: Smoking, vaping, and consumption of alcohol or illicit substances are forbidden inside the vehicle. A significant cleaning fee will apply.
Insurance Coverage: All vehicles are covered by comprehensive insurance as per UAE law.
Accident Procedure: In any accident, however minor, do not move the vehicle. Immediately call the police (999) and then notify us. A valid police report is mandatory for any insurance claim. Failure to provide a police report makes you liable for the full cost of all damages.
Renter's Liability (Excess): If you are at fault in an accident, you are liable for the insurance excess amount detailed in your agreement.
Exclusions: Insurance is voided by prohibited use (e.g., racing, driving under the influence). In such cases, you are responsible for 100% of all repair costs, third-party damages, and associated losses.
Our cancellation policy is structured to be fair to all parties:
- More than 7 days before rental: Full refund, less a 5% processing fee.
- 3 to 7 days before rental: 50% of the total rental amount is charged.
- Less than 72 hours before rental: 100% of the total rental amount is charged (no refund).
- No-Show: Failure to collect the vehicle will result in the forfeiture of the full rental amount.
Applicable refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 14 business days.
Limitation of Liability: Our total liability is limited to the total rental amount paid by you. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.
Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for personal items left inside the vehicle.
Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
Modifications: We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. The terms in effect at the time of your booking will apply to your rental.
