Fuel Policy
Simple Principle: Return the vehicle with the same fuel level as at pickup. We recommend taking timestamped photos of the fuel gauge during both pickup and return.
Our Recommendation: Keep fuel receipts if you refuel during the rental — fuel cost will depend on your driving style and route.
Transparency: If refueling is needed, we charge at current Dubai pump rates plus a AED 50 service fee (receipt provided).
Deposit Policy
Zero Deposit with Cordova Insurance: Thanks to our comprehensive Cordova Insurance partnership, qualified drivers enjoy no security deposit required. This applies to all bookings made directly through our website or WhatsApp.
Credit Card Pre-Authorization: For clients with valid credit cards, we place a small AED 5 pre-authorization hold (not a charge) as a verification measure. This is released immediately after vehicle return.
Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, cash (AED), and bank transfers. Cryptocurrency payments may require additional verification.

24-Hour Rental Period: All rentals follow a 24-hour cycle from pickup time. Late returns beyond 1-hour grace period incur additional charges.
