General Terms
www.prestige-ecr.com is officially owned and operated by Prestige Exotic Car Rental LLC.
By accessing and using the Website, you are expressly consenting to terms and conditions outlined on this page that are effective as of the date and time you use or access the Website (the “Terms”).
Please read the Terms carefully before accessing or using the information and services available through this Website.
These Terms will constitute a legal agreement between “you” (the user of this Website) and Prestige Exotic Car Rental Portal (www.prestige-ecr.com or Prestige ECR)
These Terms may be modified from time to time without notice to you and you should therefore regularly review these Terms for any such modifications.
If you do not agree to, or cannot comply with, the Terms please kindly refrain from using this Website.

Agent / Seller / Third Party / Merchant /Supplier / Dealer” means a Seller of Products / services through which the service will be provided.
It is the User’s responsibility to ensure that all information that they, or someone else on their behalf, have provided to Prestige ECR is complete and accurate.
Prestige ECR reserves the right to at any time make changes to the website in a way that is appropriate to the User, so as to further develop and improve their quality.
In addition, Prestige ECR reserves the right to, with good cause, temporarily or permanently discontinue its offer on the website, even without User being informed directly of this.
The User can pay for their ride by credit or debit card. Any transaction fees when making payments by credit card (e.g. due to different currencies) will be borne by the User.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations should be made on our online contact form or via email e-mail to info@prestige-ecr.com. Amending your booking or cancelling optional extras may not be possible less than 48 hours before pick up. If the customer cancels the reservation 7 days before the trip, 100% of the amount paid is refundable. If the customer cancels the reservation 2-3 days before the trip, 70% of the amount paid will be refundable. If the customer cancels the reservation 1 day before the trip, 50% of the amount paid will be refundable. And for cancellations 24 hours prior to the trip, no refund will be given.
Drivers and Licensing Requirements:
All drivers must be over the age of 21 and 23 years old for sport cars.
Drivers should present a valid international or national (local) licence, some local licences are not accepted, our sales team will check your licence’s validity before renting you the car.
While driving the driver should not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Any insurance claims arising from driving while under the influence will be rejected and you will be liable for any damage repairs that may occur.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that you may be fit to operate a rented car in compliance with UAE laws.
Delivery Terms & Hours
FREE DELIVERY in most locations within Dubai.
Damage, Loss, Theft etc.
In case of theft of the vehicle or parts of it, renter must report to the police and obtain a police report and immediately forward it to us. Under no circumstances, claims by third parties must be accepted by the renter. These responsibilities of the renter shall apply accordingly in case of theft. No repairs to be carried out on the vehicle without our approval.
Fines and Salik Terms
We charge 5 AED per gate (4aed actual charge + 1aed service charge). Salik fees & fines has to be paid at the end of the rental. However, we might receive some of them late and as written on our agreement, customer approves to deduct his balances from the security deposit. An extra fee of 50 AED per traffic fine will be collected for government and admin fees, while impounding fines extra charge ranges from 100-500 AED.
Insurance Terms
In the event of an accident you must notify the police immediately. You must not move the vehicle until the police issue the renter a report. If the renter fails to collect the police report about the car accident then the renter will be financially liable for the damages of the vehicle.
If the renter is at fault, he will be liable to pay an excess insurance charge (depending on the damages and car type). If the accident was caused by another party, renter must obtain a police report as proof so the insurance company covers the charges.
