Q. Is there an age limit when renting a car?

The driver under the age of 30 must have held a license for a minimum of 3 years. The same applies for a person whose name is mentioned as an additional driver.

Q. What are the driver license requirements?

The driver must present a valid driver’s license and a copy of his/her passport. When receiving the vehicle you must have these documents (valid driver’s license and passport) present with you.

All UAE Citizens and Residents must have a UAE valid driving license. Citizens and residence of all GCC countries can rent a car using their valid GCC license. Visitors from all other countries can rent a vehicle using their international driving license. Visitors who are nationals and license holders from countries listed below can drive using their local license.

NORTH AMERICA: USA & Canada

EUROPE: Romania, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark, Switzerland, Austria, Greece, Sweden, Ireland, Norway, Germany, Italy, Poland, Luxemburg, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Turkey, United Kingdom and Finland.

AFRICA: South Africa

EAST ASIA & PACIFIC: Australia, China, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Japan.

Q. Are there any security deposits?

The excess cost for luxury cars and sports cars are between 3000-9000 AED depending on the car model. The security deposit will be taken at the time of delivery of the vehicle and will be held for 15-21 days and will be automatically released subject to traffic fines and other damages.

Q. How many kilometres do I get with my rental?

All vehicles have a limit of 250kms per day, 1400kms per week and 4500kms per month. An additional charge of 20 AED/km will be incurred if the kilometre limit has been exceeded.

Q. What should I do in an event of a car accident?

In the event of an accident you must notify the police immediately. You must not move the vehicle until the police issue the renter a report. If the renter fails to collect the police report about the car accident then the renter will be financially liable for the damages of the vehicle.

Q. What about if I decide to cancel my booking?

When the vehicle is booked and then cancelled we will charge an administration cost.

Q. What other fees do you charge?

All prices on our website exclude the 5% VAT.
If you make payment by credit card/debit card a 3% transaction fee will be charged.
If you make a payment by American Express card a 5% transaction fee will be charged.
